I know what you’re thinking. How am I going to get my kid to listen to stories without video or images? That is a total non issue. Melon’s House Party is filled with engaging stories and dance-worthy music that will keep your child’s attention. And at 30 minutes per episode it is just the right length to keep your kiddo entertained in the car or give you enough time to empty the dishwasher without constant interruptions.
Melon is a spunky dog who lives in a world where the objects in her home speak and come alive (humans can’t hear them though, because they do so in a key only dogs can hear) and join her for adventures. Melon’s best friend is Couch and together they explore the big world that is Melon’s house and make some great and unique friends along the way.
New episodes stream every Wednesday on the Wondery+ app; but you can’t also listen on Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Podcasts app and more. My kids are super fans of the original music (we have to play the intro/theme song on repeat) and this mom is a fan that their faces aren’t glued to their tablets for hours on end.
