While the Easter Bunny was busy hiding eggs I was busy making these freaking adorable Easter Bunny wands! I absolutely love how they turned out and can’t wait to add them to this years’ Easter baskets. Below are the instructions for how I made them.
Supplies
- Clear plastic ball ornaments
- Dowel rods
- Colorful mini pom-poms
- Sequins/confetti
- Chunky yarn
- Vinyl (if personalizing with name)
- Scan n Cut machine (if personalizing with name)
- Cute ribbon and/or tulle
- Paint
- Paint brushes
- Hot glue/glue gun
Instructions
Remove the metal cap from the ornament, but save this because you will put it back on later.
Cut out your child’s name using your vinyl and cutting machine and stick it on the ornament (the opening should be facing down).

Fill ornament about 2/3 full with pom-poms.

Add in a handful of sequins.

Stuff the remaining space with chunky yarn until completely filled. Place the metal cap back on the ornament.

Stick the dowel rod through the cap to form the wand handle. You can paint it the color of your choice if you want! Secure it with a good amount of hot glue.

Cut out big and small bunny ear sizes on your felt/sparkle felt.

Glue a small ear on top of a big ear. Repeat this so you have two ears.

Glue the ears to the top of the wand.

Tie a bow around the base of the bulb with your ribbon and tulle.

Done!! I’d love to see how yours turn out if you make them.
So cute!
