🍬Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Create the Base

Start with a red plastic cup — this will act as the bottom of your gumball machine. Turn it upside down so the opening faces the table and the flat side becomes the base.

2. Attach the Ornament

Take your clear ornament (leave off the top for now) and secure it to the center of your red cup using hot glue. Press firmly and give it a moment to set so everything holds together.

4. Decorate the Base

Use your permanent marker to add the opening where the “gumballs will come out”. Like an arch filled in.

3. Fill With Candy

Take the top with the hook off the ornament and pour in the candy. Choose bright, colorful pieces to mimic classic gumballs! Or pinks and reds for Valentine’s Day. Put the top back on.

5. Add Your Tags

Print and cut out the custom tags you made in Canva. Loop ribbon or twine through the hole in each tag and tie it around the neck of the ornament. You can write names or fun Valentine phrases to personalize each gift.
