Valentine Oreo Pops

I am noticing a trend here…if I can put it on a stick, I am making it, haha. So obviously I had to make a Valentine version of chocolate covered Oreos (but on a stick). This time I used the Golden Oreos to change it up anymore. You can use any color melting chocolate and Valentine sprinkles. If you want to hand these out as party favors or add to your child’s Valentine basket, place each individual pop in a small treat bag and add a ribbon and tag!

Supplies/Ingredients

Instructions

Melt the chocolate melts in a microwave safe bowl according to instructions on package.

While chocolate is melting, carefully separate the cookies by twisting them apart.

Dip the end of one lollipop stick into the melted chocolate (generously!) and place on one piece of cookie.

Add the other side of the cookie back on top and hold in place until chocolate hardens a bit.

Next, dip the Oreo on a stick into the melted chocolate. Spin it around until it is completely covered. Set on wax paper.

**Be quick with the next steps!**

Fill a Ziploc bag with different color of melted chocolate and cut the corner off (small bit) with scissors. Squeeze the bag and drizzle over the Oreos to make a design.

Top with Valentine sprinkles and allow to harden completely. You can speed up this process by placing in the fridge/freezer.

Now you are ready to serve! Add to treat boards, gift baskets, treat bouquets and more.
